Day #3166 (Thu., Sept. 6, 2018) – Bobby Visit’s Trader Joe’s

I’m not feeling 100%, but I did muster up the energy to take Bobby to Wilson park to see Arnesa and the other kids this morning. We made a little “balance beam” game out of a plank that was on the ground. While I was giving Bobby his snack I offed some food to Claudia. She took one of Bobby’s applesauce pouches and with glee told Arnesa that she liked it. She’s a picky eater and I guess she has never tried anything like this before. I told her that Bobby liked it and that seemed to edge her on.

2018-09-06 - Drinking WaterAs we were leaving Bobby was thirsty so I took him to the water fountain (see photo to the left). He ended up getting himself soaked. As a result, he wanted to have a bath before going to bed for his nap. I fed him in the tub.

Before we went home though we stopped off at Trader Joe’s. I saw this great recipe for “Easy Lasagna” that involved ravioli and wanted to try it out for Katie later today. Bobby was the perfect gentleman and enjoyed being wheeled around in the grocery cart. The lady who was giving out free food fell in love with him and gave him a cup of blueberries to try out.

Katie got a card addressed to her from her mother at school today. My wife told me that they filled them out last night at the PTA meeting.
