Day #3178 (Tue., Sept. 18, 2018) – Turtle On The Side Of The Road
I took Bobby over to Arnesa’s house this morning so that he could play with Ayra and Claudia. We ended up at the park where they were all eager to pat the big white dog (see photo to the left).
When I took Bobby home we put some videos of Cat Boy costumes on YouTube while he ate his yogurt. He insisted on wearing his Cat Boy costume to bed.
I drove to Glenwood and picked Katie and Helen up at 2:30 pm today. Helen came over to our house for a play date.
It was a busy evening this evening as far as the kids were concerned. My wife went to a meeting of the Mandarin Program at Glenwood, so I took care of the kids. I dropped Bobby off at Arnesa’s house and drove Katie to her piano lesson past Southern Village. I went the backroads as 15-501 is still sketchy due to the hurricane traffic. Katie was one of five students who share five pianos. I took notes on her homework for next week.
On the way back home I almost ran over a turtle on the way to Arnesa’s house. I stopped the car so that Katie could see it and take it off the road. When we told Arnesa all about it she wanted to see it as well so we took Ayra and Bobby over to where Katie put it on the side of the road.
My wife told me that they are thinking of expanding the Mandarin Program at Glenwood next year.
