Day #3207 (Wed., Oct. 17, 2018) – Firetruck At Bobby’s Preschool
They had a visit from a firetruck at Bobby’s preschool today. Miss Jane was the name of the lady who showed them around (not sure if she is a firefighter or not). He got a black plastic firefighter helmet as a present (see photo to the left).
While Bobby was at school I went to Aldi, then Food Lion, to get cans of veggies. If we take them to the State Fair with us we will get in for free.
Bobby loves “smarties” candies (different than the Smarties that we had in Canada). He calls them “sour candies”.
I made blueberry coffee cake off the recipe on the back of a pancake mix. It doesn’t have much sugar in it so my wife loves it.
Katie had a play date with Helen this afternoon and came home after 4 pm. I asked her to do homework and she did so right away. When she finished I let her play with the computer…her favorite activity.
My wife had a late meeting and worked til 6 pm this evening.
