Day #3224 (Sat., Nov. 3, 2018) – Cats Need Dental Work
The kids really like the chocolate milk I picked up at Trader Joe’s the other day (see photo to the left). Bobby was complaining that the chocolate milk I made from syrup was not “brown” enough…
My wife took the two cats to the vet this morning. Katie and Bobby went along as well. The two cats need dental work (I can hear my father’s response to that one).
The place is a mess…it’s amazing what two kids can create. Both my wife and I have been too busy to clean the place up as of late. My wife went to bed for a nap and I got a chance to do a full load in the dishwasher. I also “baked” the tree of brussel sprouts that I picked up at Trader Joe’s the other day.
I put Bobby to bed for his nap at 12:30 this afternoon. He took Katie’s Lego horse and rider to bed with him. Katie was upset as I guess they tend to go missing. After he fell asleep I took them off his bed for Katie and told her to put them in a safe place if she wanted to make sure she knew where they would be from now on.
I told Katie that we should fold the laundry and she said that mom wanted her to do her homework. Anything but laundry…
Katie was showing Bobby some “dance moves” this evening. He was eager to learn.
