Day #3251 (Fri., Nov. 30, 2018) – Touching The Elves

2018-11-30 - Bobby's Art

My wife worked from home today. She’s going to try to take alternating Friday’s and Monday’s off as she has so much vacation time. We’ll see how it works.

My wife took Bobby to school this morning and I picked him up at noon. There was to be no playing in the park area behind the school today as I needed to get Bobby home and to bed as quickly as possible so that he would be up in time for his swim lesson with Miss Barbara. Today will be the last swim class of the year. Miss Barbara says that the last class is very important so that she can frame the lessons in the right context and ready the kids for next year.

Katie had chicken nuggets for lunch today at the school cafeteria…always a hit with the kids. Helen came over for play date after school. The girls had fun playing with the Elves on the Shelf as they can touch them now (after the letter that Katie wrote).

Bobby has been hiding my screwdrivers. It’s funny how he likes to play with daddy’s tools rather than toy tools. No wonder I have a hard time finding them.
