Day #3262 (Tue., Dec. 11, 2018) – Arnesa’s Birthday
The photo to the left shows a “connect the dots” drawing that Bobby and I did in the journal that I gave him for Daddy/Son Day.
My wife went to work this morning after taking yesterday off.
I dropped Katie and Bobby off at Arnesa’s place around 9:30 am and then went home to do some work. I almost got stuck in her driveway trying to get out. When I went back just before noon to pick up Bobby the road was plowed, so I had no problems.
Katie stayed by at Arnesa’s while I drove Bobby home for his nap. I was going to go back and pick Katie up when Bobby got up, but my wife went to pick her up instead. Arnesa gave Bobby an orange and he enjoyed munching on that on the way home.
My wife was planning on going to Arnesa’s birthday party at a Turkish restaurant on Franklin Street this evening, but it’s going to be freezing so she decided to stay at home. Arnesa understood. We ended up cleaning up the living room, which is like “mopping the ocean” with two kids around.
