Day #3273 (Sat., Dec. 22, 2018) – Jasmine Arrives
We are in a mad rush around the house this morning to get everything ready for Jasmine and her girls who are driving down from New Jersey and will arrive around 1:30 pm this afternoon.
The plan was for me to go out and get a pizza for lunch, but I had to put Bobby to bed for his nap before that. I was out at Harris-Teeter getting pizza when they arrived. I got two “ready to bake” pizzas for $8.99 and $9.99 … one cheese for the girls and one sausage and pepperoni for the rest of us. I also picked up a “natural” turkey for 1/2 off at just under $15.00
The girls and Bobby are having a great time running around the house and playing and jumping up and down and doing what kids do. Maple is horrified at all the noise. Too many screeching little kids I think…
This evening I had to go out to Trader Joe’s and get some milk and white bread as Jasmine is making French toast tomorrow for breakfast.
Bobby was very upset when the girls went to bed this evening. He wanted to sleep with them. I calmed him down with a “Special Present”, a camper and trailer that I picked up at the Dollar Store the other day.
