Day #3276 (Tue., Dec. 25, 2018) – Christmas Day
The girls were up early this morning as Santa came last night. Bobby, of course, slept late. We let the girls open one gift while we waited for Arnesa to arrive. Ayra was sleeping in late today as well.
Bobby got a light sabre (see photo to the right), a toy that he had been wanting since he saw one at Guenther’s place on Halloween. Jasmine gave Bobby an Eggland truck which he also loved. Katie got some arts & craft kits, along with Jasmine’s girls, so they enjoyed playing with those.
It was hard to keep all the kids “corralled”. They wanted to open up all the gifts at once, as kids do…
This afternoon I played the “Finish The Story” game with the girls. Ellie in particular enjoyed this and wanted to play it again this evening.
Jasmine took the girls to visit one of her friends this evening for dinner. We went to Rima’s place for dessert. At Rima’s I saw a “Nuts and Bolts” construction toy similar to the one I had when I was a child. They also had a long blue “Hot Wheels” type track.
