Day #3284 (Wed., Jan. 2, 2019) – Where The Astronaut Sits

I took the kids to the Museum of Natural Sciences in Durham this morning. I was driving slow on the highway so it took a bit longer. We met Arnesa and Claudia and Ayra there. We started off by playing with the balls and track inside the museum and then went out to visit the dinosaurs exhibit. Bobby was playing in the fossil pit area so Arnesa took the girls ahead. I showed Katie and Bobby where the astronaut sat on the Mercury/Firestone rocket (see photo to the left).

Katie wanted to play “Bigger Breadbox” on the way home. Bobby doesn’t really understand the concept just yet and kept telling the answer. It was kind of funny to see Katie try to explain how to do it and Bobby doing his “own thing”.

Bobby was out for his nap at 2:05 pm this afternoon.

I went to TJ’s for supplies tonight. No chocolate milk…if I get that the kids will drink it and not eat or drink anything else.

We called up CVS this evening to try and see where UPS was delivering our order. They say delivered but it is nowhere in sight. Very frustrating.

Bobby keeps leaving the Play Doh out of the container and it goes hard as a rock. I keep telling him to cover it up…but to no avail.
