Day #3294 (Sat., Jan. 12, 2019) – Skating At Jelly Beans

I had to return some clothes to New York & Company today so I left early…I don’t want to have to deal with Saturday afternoon mall traffic. Even in this day of Amazon it is still a going concern on Friday afternoons. On the way home I stopped off at Whole Foods to get some apple juice.
Katie went to Calissa’s “skating” birthday party this afternoon at Jelly Beans in Raleigh. I guess that Calissa is a girl who is always reading books. Katie said that she put the book down today and enjoyed the skating with everyone else. Katie brought home a “gift bag” with a “jelly teddy bear” and other fun toys. Bobby enjoyed playing with those.
Katie promised to clean up her bedroom and around the house this weekend, so my wife let her go to Calissa’s birthday party today. Alas, she still had not done this by the end of the day.
