Day #3353 (Tue., Mar. 12, 2019) – Daddy/Son Day #7

I decided that I would have another Daddy/Son Day today. This is #7… They are starting to add up…

We went to the Dollar Store first. Bobby saw this van/ “green” boat kit (see photo to the right) for a dollar and pretty well latched it up right away without seeing any more of the toys in the store.

We then went to McDonalds so Bobby could have a Happy Meal. He seems to prefer the McNuggets over the cheeseburger.

The next stop was Fearington Village where Bobby got to see the cows, goats and chickens. He laughed when I called them “Oreo Cookie Cows” and said he would have to remember this to tell Lucas.

The final stop this morning was Whole Foods for some milk. Bobby got to ride in the fire truck shopping cart. He was out counting ZZZzzz.s at 1:40 pm.

When Bobby got up from his nap he wanted to play outside. I told him he could, but he was not to go to Guenther’s place. Well, soon he was over at Guenther’s house. I called him back and told him that he promised me he wouldn’t go there. His reply was that he came back when I called him.

Katie told me that she has learned chess. I guess that they have someone teaching the kids chess at Glenwood now.
