Day #3367 (Tue., Mar. 26, 2019) – Bikes To Southern Village
I thought I would do something special with the kids today, so I packed their bikes into the Camry and off we went to Southern Village. It was overcast, but not overly cold, but the weather got worse while we were there. The kids got a chance to ride their bikes on the concrete sidewalks for a bit, and then it was time to seek shelter.
We played with the marbles that Katie brought along for a bit, but then decided to go to the Dollar Store so the kids could get a toy, and then to McDonald’s for lunch.
At the Dollar Store Katie got a journal and Bobby got a transformer boat (see photo to the right). They each got a Happy Meal at McDonalds and we played a few hands of cards (challenging with Bobby as he doesn’t understand the concept of hiding cards).
