Day #3373 (Mon., Apr. 1, 2019) – April Fool’s Moose
Katie is home sick today.
I took Bobby to preschool and had to actually wake him up at 8:30 am to get him ready. Aven brought a car to give to Bobby (see photo to the right) and another to give to Frankie. I guess this was in response to the Transformer toy that Bobby gave him a while back.
He was not fussy after school today, which was nice. As a matter of fact, after he was done playing behind the school he asked me to take him home. I’m very proud of him as it looks like he is learning.
I played an April Fools joke on the kids today. I told them that I saw a moose in our back yard and when they looked I said “April Fools”. They then took turns trying out their various April Fools tricks on daddy.
I picked up a receipt from the preschool to give to my wife. She needs to fill it out for our tax return this year.
I went to Trader Joe’s for supplies again this evening. They didn’t have any pumpkin pies. Guess they sold out this weekend. I did get a box of cocoa O’s and regular O’s. I mixed both of the boxes together this evening so the kids would have at least some good O’s with the sugary stuff.
