Day #3400 (Sun., Apr. 28, 2019) – Piano Recital
Katie had a piano recital this afternoon. My wife made piano key cookies (which Katie is unpacking in the photo to the left).
My wife took Bobby to Arnesa and put him down for a nap so that we didn’t have to take him. He’s unpredictable at events like this, and it’s always good when he naps. I guess that Ayra woke him up, so Arnesa got to get a dose of grumpy Bobby when he first gets up… 🙂
There are only three remaining students at Katie’s piano class. The recital went well. Miss Laura, her former piano teacher, came along to see her perform as well. Her current piano teacher is moving with her husband and cats to Washington, so we are in the market for a new piano teacher.
Maple has destroyed the seat on the bike that Miss Laura gave her.
We are thinking of going to the circus next weekend. It’s at Homestead, near the pool, and should be small and quaint. At $25 for the whole family, the price is hard to beat!
