Day #3404 (Thu., May 2, 2019) – Build-A-Bear
I took Bobby out to SouthPoint Mall today to redeem the Build-A-Bear gift card that Arnesa gave Bobby for his birthday. This was effectively Daddy/Son Day #10.
First stop was the Dollar Store where Bobby picked out a nice red truck.
At the Build-A-Bear stall Bobby looked around a bit, but pretty well knew what he wanted. He got a Captain America bear + Captain America outfit + Power Rangers song recording (see photo to the right). The amount came to just over $50. That gift card went quick!.
The next stop was to McDonald’s for a Happy Meal. They had an “Avenger’s – End Time” toy inside.
On the way home we stopped off at Umstead Park to see Arnesa and show her the bear Bobby bought.
