Day #3411 (Thu., May 9, 2019) – Wife’s Birthday
Today is my wife’s birthday. She said that letting her go on the business trip to New Orleans next week was the best present she could ever have.
I gave Bobby the tube of space vehicles and astronauts that I picked up at A.C. Moore a while back. It was supposed to be a quiet day at home, but then I noticed the rash on Bobby’s legs (see photo to the left). I called my wife and we decided to take him to the doctor in Durham (near CiCi’s). As it turns out they were just bug bites.
My wife then went home and I took Bobby to J.C. Penney to pick up the family canvas portrait. We then went to the Dollar Store and McDonald’s. Effectively Daddy/Son Day #11.
Katie had a “French Cafe” at school today. They basically sat in the cafeteria and were waited on in French.
There was a bit of a problem this evening. My wife told Katie that she and Alma were not to put signs up on the trees, but Katie did it anyway. I told my wife that I don’t think Katie heard her, and we should give her one more chance, which we did.
