Day #3495 (Thu., Aug 1, 2019) – Finger Skateboard
Wyatt’s mom picked up Katie around 9:00 this morning to take her to “The Farm” so that she could have a playdate with Wyatt and some other kids. It was held at the home of two doctors…so you can imagine how elaborate that was.
I wanted to do something special for Bobby as he didn’t get to tag along with his big sister. I asked him if he wanted to go to the Dollar Store and McDonalds. He said yes to the Dollar Store but was not very keen on going to McDonalds. No bother…I bundled him up and drove him to the Dollar Store in Hillsborough.
I told Bobby that he could pick out two things. One toy and one candy. For the toy he chose a set of “Finger Skateboards” and for the food he chose bubblegum (see photo to the right).
Katie is teaching Maple how to drop the tennis ball after she retrieves it. Maple will bring it to Katie, Katie will point and say down, Maple will drop it and get a treat. Maple picked it up very fast.
Maple saw two deer in front of our house this evening. She tried to sneak up on them, but they were off and she was after them as well.
