Day #3658 (Sat., Jan. 11, 2020) – Oreo The Mermaid
My wife is still sick so I took Katie to choir/voice camp this morning. It was held in the same location where I used to take Katie for Chinese music class right after Bobby was born, the Church behind Harris-Teeter. I dropped her off at 9 am and came back and picked her up at noon. She really liked it. She said that she liked it more than dance class.
Before I picked Katie up I dropped off at Walgreens to get a prescription. They were having a 70% off sale on all their Christmas toys. I picked up a plush mermaid for Katie (see photo to the right) and a Hot Wheels track for Bobby.
Bobby has been playing with the handcuffs that I picked up for him at the Dollar Store a while back. The key tends to go missing and they break easily, so I’m going to get some more as “backups” the next time I am at the Dollar Store.
