Day #3672 (Sat., Jan. 25, 2020) – Dr. Doolittle
The establishment that CiCi has been cutting hair at is closing down. This is her last day. I went out for a haircut. She will be moving to the Governor’s Club area and we will follow her.
Today Katie and I had another Daddy/Daughter Day #89. We went to the Lumina Theatre to see “Dr. Doolittle” (see photo to the left). It didn’t get the best reviews, but people talk to animals…just the type of movie that Katie loves.
I was thinking of taking Katie to the Cat Cafe in Carrboro but they want $10 as an admission fee and there are all sorts of regulations on how you interact with the cats. We’ll see.
After the movie we went to the Dollar Tree where Katie picked out a word search game and some sour gummies for her treat. We also got a bag of watermelon gummies for Bobby. I was going to get another package of Ninja Wall Crawlers for Bobby but they didn’t have them at this location.
I went to Trader Joe’s this evening. The Cosmic Crisp apples are out and I got a couple. Tonight the family tasted them for the very first time.
