Day #3708 (Sun., Mar. 1, 2020) – Lego Gifts
As you can see from the photo to the left, Bobby got lots of Lego kits at his birthday yesterday. Vivian gave us the Lego City Camper set. The Star Wars Lego set was from Claudia I believe.
It was an interesting birthday party. We thought that the kids would spend a lot of time sitting down at the big table in the dining room and assembling Legos. They spent much more time running around and burning off all that extra energy.
Katie had an interesting find while she was taking Maple for a walk in the woods behind our house. She found a UNC identification card. We will try to find the rightful owner, but they have probably already gotten a new ID by now…
The Trader Joe’s shelves were almost empty when I went shopping this evening. Are people starting to “hoard” for the corona virus?
We are thinking of getting a couple of new “Lazy Boys”. Well, new to us… We don’t want to spend any extra cash on new furniture till the kids learn to stop jumping on it and breaking it.
