Day #3713 (Fri., Mar. 6, 2020) – History Museum Field Trip
The photo to the right shows the Lego Transport Truck and Helicopter Set that I picked up for Bobby at Walmart yesterday. I’m keeping it for a “rainy day”, so that Bobby and I can build it together.
After dropping Bobby off at preschool I glued the radio knob back onto my car radio (it has been coming off for quite a while). I also fixed the darts that came with Bobby’s gun. I took the middle layer out, so that it is mostly sponge now. It still flies okay, but is much softer when it hits its target. Safety first I always say.
After school today we drove to MLK Park. We were hoping that Graham or Frankie would join us, but when they didn’t show I told Bobby that I would take him to the Dollar Store. He fell asleep on the way there, so back home where he slept in the back seat of the car.
Bobby lost his gun somewhere this evening. We’re not exactly sure where. At any rate, you can imagine the drama.
Katie went on a field trip to the History Museum in Raleigh today.
