Day #3780 (Tue., May 12, 2020) – Lego Garbage Truck
We gave Bobby a Lego Garbage Truck this morning (see photo to the left). I happened to see it on Amazon a while back and thought that he would like it. He and Katie played nicely with Legos all day today.
Tonight we had “Sliders” (i.e.: tiny hamburgers) for dinner. I’m not sure where the name “sliders” came from but they seem to call tiny hamburgers this in these parts. My wife even made french fries in the frying pan. Add a bit of salt to them and they tasted almost exactly like Five Guys french fries. Even though we are not going out these days, and avoid fast food restaurants because of health concerns, that doesn’t mean that we can’t have our indulgences in food of this type from time-to-time.
We had another walk to the “Stop Sign” at the end of our street and back. Well, I came back with Bobby and my wife and Katie and the dog went a bit further. When we got home I showed Bobby a video on how to build a “Lego Tree House”.
