Day #3843 (Tue., July 14, 2020) – Making Gummies
We made some more gummies via the machine this morning. This time I showed Bobby how to make it (I showed Katie last time). The kids wanted a little sweetness so I added some brown sugar this time. I also added more gelatin as they didn’t really set “rubbery” last time (see photo to the left).
We have been talking a bit about Halloween this year. Since we won’t be able to go out via the coronavirus we are thinking about maybe having the kids dress up and perhaps a parade in the neighborhood via car? The kids got into it and prance around the house in their Halloween costumes this morning.
We are starting to think about potential Daddy/Daughter and Daddy/Son days for this and subsequent months… How about “stop motion” Lego movies? Maybe create a “Haunted Dollmaker” type video like the ones we see on YouTube.
