Day #3882 (Sat., Aug. 22, 2020) – Great Grilled Cheese
I made a “grilled cheese sandwich” for Bobby this morning. It turned out great (see photo to the left). Sometimes I can put the timer on for a bit too long, which means the crust will burn. The kids will then eat the middle out and leave the crust. This is the exact same thing I used to do when I was a kid all those years ago. Some things never change.
One hit from Aldi is their version of “Fruit Loops”. Both the kids look forward to these in our Aldi deliveries. Another favorite is the muffins.
I think we will be shopping more and more from Aldi once life gets back to normal. We used to think that it was kind of like a “Food Lion”, but now we see that it has all sorts of organic and specialty items as well.
