Day #3889 (Sat., Aug. 29, 2020) – Honey I Shrunk The Kids
We had a “Movie Afternoon” today in the master bedroom. Effectively, Daddy/Daughter Day #96 and Daddy/Son Day #26.

I made tart cherry gummies in the machine this morning. I made sure to put extra tallow into the mix and used regular white sugar. They turned out great. So great in fact that Katie mentioned they tasted like store bought ones.
Along with the gummies the kids had popcorn (with real butter), and some dark chocolate as well.
After about 3/4 the way through Bobby said it was too boring and he left. Katie, on the other hand, loved the movie. She said that it was so good. think that she really liked the romance between the two teenagers in the movie.
