Day #3939 (Sun., Oct. 18, 2020) – Cemetery Visit
We took the kids to Fearrington Village this afternoon as they really wanted to see the painted goats. As with last time, we dropped some of our old clothes off at the lady’s house nearby. Since we had been there a few weeks ago, we knew where to go this time.
Unfortunately, the goats were eating at the far end of the pasture, so the kids did not get to pat them. Maple was upset at not being able to “get an up close look” as well.
On the way home we stopped off at Southern Village to see the various Halloween decorations. It seems that there are more out this year, perhaps because people are stuck at home now as per COVID-19 and looking for something to do? We even took a hike up to the little cemetery that they have (see photo to the right).
We got another air fryer in the mail today via Amazon. This one didn’t work either, so my wife posted a question on the Amazon customer review section. Someone replied that you need to hold the start for 3 seconds, and sure enough, that worked…
