Day #3972 (Fri., Nov. 20, 2020) – Songs For Roblox Money
It’s Friday, so another gym class for Bobby this morning. The Friday morning ritual is to run the Roomba before the class to make the rug look “acceptable”. Man that Maple sure sheds a lot of hair. My wife tells me that the humorous name for the dog is a “German Shedder”… Not far off actually.
Bobby put a pair of gloves on and wanted to wrestle with daddy this morning. He will for a bit, but will stop when I “check his batteries”. This is what we call it when we grab him behind the upper leg (he’s very ticklish there).
Katie made me a couple of songs this evening on the piano. I need them as background music for the videos I’m making on TikTok. I told her that I would pay her $5 for each of them. I have to sit down with her and flush out and elaborate on the music a bit, but the melodies are actually quite nice.
She plans to use the money to buy things in Roblox. She mentioned that there was a “drum set” that she wanted but it cost $15. I guess she will be able to get that if she comes up with three songs.
