Day #3981 (Sun., Nov. 29, 2020) – Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Bobby is up in the middle of the night these days. He wanders out to the living room to either play on the iPad or watch television. He had to have a nap at noon today as he was so tired. We will need to hide the electronics when we put him to bed.
I adjusted the swing for the kids today. Now Katie’s feet don’t catch as much on the ground.
I made a Pineapple Upside Down Cake this evening (see photo to the right). It was delicious. I haven’t had that taste since the 70s. The kid’s loved it. I took a dish of one slide with some whipped cream down to Katie’s room when she was on the phone playing video games with Dylan.
