Day #3995 (Sun., Dec. 13, 2020) – Class Schedule
Here is the school schedule for the kids this semester:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: they both have classes 8:00 – 11:15.
Bobby has math/Chinese for 30 minutes, then 50 minute break, then English for 30 minutes, an hour break and one of specials classes (music, Chinese cultural enrichment, art, physical education). - Katie has classes till 11:15 (math, Chinese, English, social studies, science, specials). She gets 5 minute breaks every 30 minutes or so.
- Bobby has a small 20-minute English group on Tuesday afternoon, Katie has math small group, book club a few afternoons.
- On Wednesdays, they both have a 15 minute 8:00 AM meeting. Katie has Chinese and English (for gifted readers) small groups later that morning.
- Bobby has a 20 minute math/Chinese small group (with 3 more kids) later that morning. Bobby has independent work assignments for Wednesday.
Bobby did the Lego Star Wars Advent figure by himself today. The only problem is, he didn’t pick the right day… I showed him how to determine which figure is the next in line (count the numbers 1,2,3,4, etc.)
Bobby enjoys watching television in the bedroom (see photo to the right).
Tomorrow is Superhero day at Glenwood.
