Day #4000 (Fri., Dec. 18, 2020) – Lunch With Teacher
Today is the last day of school. The kids will be off for two weeks starting on Monday. It seems like just yesterday that school started for the semester. Now Bobby’s kindergarten year, and Katie’s last year at Glenwood, are almost over.
Katie had lunch with her teacher today. I asked her what they did and she said just ate and talked. They are trying to make school interesting this year with various different days, such as “Crazy Hair” day and such.
In gym class today the teacher asked Bobby to draw a snowman.
Katie and Bobby went down to the creek and I guess it was discovered that there was a need for Bobby to learn to balance better so that he would not fall in. As a result, Katie set up a balance beam obstacle course for Bobby to practice on (see photo to the right).
