Day #4027 (Thu., Jan. 14, 2021) – Punching Bag Workout
The last sea monkey died today. This pretty well mirrors the life span of the sea monkeys I had as a kid…they don’t last more than a few months. At any rate, the kids enjoyed seeing them and they had a few months of fun with them during the “Summer of the Pandemic”.
I showed Bobby a few punches and combinations on the punching bad this afternoon (see photo to the right).
After all this exercise I showed the kids Muhammed Ali and his “Rope A Dope” technique on YouTube.
