Day #4134 (Sat., May 1, 2021) – Trader Joe’s Staples
Katie had another online Chinese class this afternoon.
Bobby and I worked on the “trailer” of the Lego Fighter Jet/Transport Truck kit we got a few weeks ago. It’s one now (see photo to the left).
My wife made some of the gyro meat that she got from Trader Joe’s for dinner this evening. The kids did not like it (it was too spicy to them), so they had some Trader Joe’s O’s instead. They sure are enjoying having those Trade Joe’s delights back into their meal plans.
The Kentucky Derby was on television this afternoon, but we forgot about it. We usually all pick a horse and see who wins. Oh well, there is always next year…
