Day #4163 (Sun., May 30, 2021) – Skype The Dollar Store
I decided to have a combined Daddy/Daughter/Son day today. The kids have been missing the Dollar Store, so I told them that I would go and do a Skype session from the store so that they could pick out what they wanted. Bobby wanted the Ninja Wall Crawlers he used to get, and some bubble gum. Katie wanted the “New Goals” journal and some Sour Patch Kids candies. You can see them all in the photo to the right.
After the Dollar Store I drove to McDonald’s to pick them each up a Happy Meal and then home. We have been getting cheeseburger Happy Meals as of late with a side order of McNuggets so that they will each have the same thing. I got a Big Mac and my wife got McNuggets.
We had a family afternoon while we ate our McDonald’s food. We put the 1960 classic movie “Swiss Family Robinson” on television and got about 1/2 way through it. We will watch the rest at a later date.
