Day #4170 (Sun., Jun 6, 2021) – Graduation Outfits
With COVID-19 cases on the decline I’m not sure how long the drive in theater at the end of MLK (see photo to the right) will be open for business. I hear that people are roaring back to regular theaters, so perhaps it will shut down soon. With this in mind I purchased two tickets to go to the show “Cruela” at 8:30 pm this upcoming Saturday night. I will be taking Katie, and this will be our next Daddy/Daughter Day. She has never been to a drive in theater as well, so it should be fun.
The Clark Pool in Carrboro is open for swimming again. I will go tomorrow afternoon for a swim and see how it goes… If it’s safe my wife and I can take the kids on future outings…
Katie and I went for a walk to the end of our neighborhood this evening. If we go there and back four times, that’s 10,000 steps. We took Maple but when she wanted to go home we let her loose off the leash.
Katie’s graduation is tomorrow, so she tried out a number of outfits this evening to see what she would wear.
