Day #4173 (Wed., Jun 9, 2021) – Stripped Gear
The RC Transformer toy that we gave to Bobby yesterday (see photo to the right) will no longer transform. It used to go from car to robot when you clicked on one of the buttons on the controller. Now it only makes a clicking sound. Sure sounds like a stripped gear to me. We asked Bobby if he held the robot down when he pushed the button but he said that he did not. So, well, … Back to Amazon it goes!
Maple is much more like her old self today. She’s still rather subdued and quiet, but she does seem less “drugged”. We have to watch her and she is not allowed outside on her own. Either my wife or Katie need to take her for a walk when she needs to go outside to do “her business”.
I was at the Clark Pool this evening when some kid decided that they would do a #2 in the pool. They shut the pool down immediately and kicked everyone out. So much for a cool evening workout.
Maple was chomping on some chewing gum today. We told Bobby that if he left any of it around the house we would take it away, so, well, no more bubblegum for Bobby!
