Day #4175 (Fri., Jun 11, 2021) – Removing Maple’s Bandage
When I was at Harris-Teeter yesterday picking up some treats for the drive-in movie, I picked up some other items that I thought the kids would like. These included “freezes” (similar to these) and Artic Bars (similar to these). They took to both with “gusto”. In fact, they ate 1/2 of the bag of “freezes” by the end of the day today. Bobby came up to me this evening and asked if we could get more Arctic Bars tomorrow. Sure…not… Let’s keep them as a special treat Bobby…
We took the bandages off Maple this evening (see photo to the right). She seems much more like her old self now. She is up and about more and does not seem to be “drugged”.
