Day #4207 (Tue., Jul 13, 2021) – Red Flag Warning
The photo to the right shows our freshly painted “dog fence”. My wife painted it black (from it’s former silver color), so that it would blend into the woods better.
On the news this evening they were talking about all the forest fires in the western US. They went on to show areas of “Red Flag Warning”, but didn’t bother to explain what that was. I was joking with the kids that this is the area that “Red Flags” jump out of the woods and attack you…
The kids were online all day and didn’t do anything else. My wife was frustrated about that this evening, so she hid the iPads in the bedroom. No “online” activity tomorrow till dinner time…
