Day #4211 (Sat., Jul 17, 2021) – Organizing Cords
Early this morning I ordered some software to transfer my 8mm tapes to digital format. Amazon says it will be here tomorrow. UPDATE: It arrived later today! Wow!
I have way too many cords. It seems that everything you buy these days has a cord with a new type of plug on it. I took the time this morning to create little labels and attached them to the wires. This way, when I pick a wire up, the label will tell me which device it goes into. I told Katie and Bobby this…a learning lesson. The point is, that by spending just a little bit of time, on an activity like this, you will reap the benefits in the time save, and frustration avoided, in the years to come.
Bobby got into the fruit gummies today. He ate quite a few (see photo to the left).
I’m very excited to have my 8mm tapes back. Our trip and wedding in Lithuania is on one of them. The kids will get a kick out of looking at those once I get them organized.
