Day #4276 (Mon., Sept. 20, 2021) – COVID At Glenwood
The photo to the left shows the height measurements on the door inside the kitchen. Katie is taller of course, for now, but Bobby will be catching up in no time. They sure do grow like weeds…
They had a case of COVID at Glenwood today. Surprise, Surprise! Here’s the email we received:
Good afternoon Glenwood Elementary staff and families.
We recently learned of a confirmed case of COVID-19 among our Gator community. Any individuals who were identified as close contacts have already been notified. In a spirit of transparency, I will let you know any time we have a positive case on campus.
They are talking about possibly having a vaccine available for Katie and Bobby by Halloween. If this is the case the kids will be able to attend school in January. We’re thinking of going to the Asheville Zoo to celebrate. The weather can still be nice in December. The question is whether we will be able to have Arnesa and Family over for Thanksgiving???
