Day #4285 (Wed., Sept. 29, 2021) – Wash A Ton
There was a big announcement today that YouTube is banning the videos of those who are against vaccines.
My wife has been reading to the kids out of a book about the Presidents. This book helps them remember the presidents name by using visual imagery. For example, you can remember Washington by “Wash A Ton” (see photo to the left).
My wife’s boss gave Bobby a couple of old Tonka trucks that her son had. These ones are the really well made ones, made out of metal, years before plastic became the norm.
It was announced that Glenwood has another case of COVID-19… Here’s the email:
Good afternoon Glenwood Elementary staff and families.
We recently learned of a confirmed case of COVID-19 among our Gator community. Any individuals who were identified as close contacts have already been notified. In a spirit of transparency, I will let you know any time we have a positive case on campus.
The CHCCS district gave every kid a flask today… Not sure what’s up with that. There used to be a time when flasks were used to store alcohol…
