Day #4317 (Sun., Oct. 31, 2021) – Under Wraps Movie
Since the kids are not vaccinated we did not go out Trick or Treating this year. We had a family day instead.
First up, McDonald’s Happy Meals for the kids. I also picked up some Dunkin Donuts for dessert. I made sure to get a strawberry frosted for Katie and a double chocolate for Bobby.
While we ate we watched the new Disney movie “Under Wraps”. It’s newly released and about the kids finding a mummy next door.
This evening we had another drive around Chapel Hill looking at decorations. The kids dressed up (see photo to the left). My wife dressed up as a cat and I wore my Batman mask and cape. The kids were in the back seat munching on Halloween candy.
We drove around the lake (near Whole Foods), and visited a Haunted House (kind-a) that was owned by a lady who works at Trader Joe’s.
The kids wanted to rush home so that they could play video games with their friends. Bobby had the choice of watching a Scooby Doo movie with Brin, or playing online games with Katie, Carson, and Dylan. He chose the latter.
