Day #304 (Wed., Nov. 3, 2010) – New Boots
The election results are in. The Republicans made massive gains in Congress. Hard to believe that it was just two years ago that the same thing happened for the Democrats.
Little Katie is trying to stand up more and more. It’s just the weakness in her legs that is holding her back now. Once she is able to stand up and walk around…watch out…
My wife took little Katie for a stroll in the rain today. She wore her new boots (you can see a photo of them to the right). Little Katie slept a lot…which means that my wife could do some studying.
This evening my wife put a bib on little Katie in an attempt to feed her. She promptly ripped it off an threw it on the floor. Guess she is not hungry… My wife says that she is having a hard time keeping it on her…
You have to watch little Katie like a hawk these days to make sure that she doesn’t put stuff into her mouth. Once something gets in there she puts on this “pursed lips” look and it is hard to get it out.
