Day #4342 (Thu., Nov. 25, 2021) – Thanksgiving Day
It’s Thanksgiving Day today. We will be spending it, like last year, just the four of us…
We have a new rug under the dining room table, and you can see the spread of food in the photo to the right. Bobby only wanted baked potatoes. Katie liked the mashed potatoes with the improvised “gravy” (i.e.: “Cream of Mushroom Soup”).
This evening Bobby and I started to watch “Sonic the Hedgehog” on Hulu (via our free for 30 days subscription).
This evening a new COVID variant was announced in South Africa. Scientists are worried about this one as it has a number of mutations… For now, it is called: B.1.1.529.
