Day #4405 (Thu., Jan. 27, 2022) – Jeanette Retiring
My wife had a long talk with Jeanette, her boss, this morning. She is retiring. She has a plan for my wife, so hopefully her job will not be greatly affected. I went to Trader Joe’s this morning for groceries and picked up some Belgian Chocolates to cheer her up (see photo to the left).
I went to pick up Bobby early this afternoon. I wanted to see how early the cars would start to line up, but by the time I arrived (1:50 pm) there were already about ten cars in front of me. They let the kids out at 2:35 pm, so there is still quite a wait.
When we got home we watched a bit of television. There was a YouTube video on “Hulk vs. Cars” that he wanted to watch.
Katie got a special math award today for doing such a great job. My wife spent the past year working on her with her math and it is all paying off now.
