Day #4479 (Mon., Apr. 11, 2022) – Bobby Home Sick
Bobby was not feeling well this morning after we woke him up so he went right back to bed. My wife emailed the school and told them that he would be out sick today. Perhaps he just overdid it yesterday.
We didn’t let Bobby play on the iPad today. When he is home sick he is either resting, sleeping, doing homework, or playing with his toys. We don’t want him to think that he can stay home from school and play the iPad all day long. We played some of the “Five Nights At Freddy’s” card game, and took turns drawing features to make mythical animals, such as the dragon shown in the photo to the left.
Later this afternoon Bobby was looking for his Ben 10 watch. He said he looked in his room, so I tried to help him find it in the living room. We’re not sure where it ended up.
Both kids were very fussy at viola/violin class today. It has been switched to Monday to acommodate Katie’s Drama Club. I thought that Bobby would be much better today as he had no video game play today, but that was not to be the case.
