Day #4594 (Thu., Aug. 4, 2022) – Blue Origin Lifts Off
Blue Origin’s New Shepherd rocket launched this morning. My wife had a meeting so I watched it by myself. Unimpressed! It was more a commercial for people to come and purchase a ticket to go to space. Elon Musk seems to be making so much more progress than Jeff Bezos in regards to exploring space. Who knows what happened to Richard Branson in this regard…
I’ve been dragging myself around the house today as the “Shingles Vaccine” has really kicked in. I’m so tired that I slept a lot today. My arm still hurts… Who knows that I would feel like if I had Shingles!!!
I purchased some discount candy at Harris-Teeter the other day, including Chocolate Twizzlers… Certainly not their best flavor. Katie hates them. Bobby ate most of the bag.
My wife and Katie cleaned up the Legos off the floor this afternoon and organized them into the corner. It was Katie’s idea to put the two shelves together against the wall (see photo to the right). Once we removed all the paper bags from Trader Joe’s we had a lot more room.
