Day #4640 (Mon., Sept. 19, 2022) – Schoolitis

Bobby woke up this morning complaining of aches all over, so my wife made an appointment with the doctor for both him and I this morning.  Why me?  Well, today is the last day of my Z-Pac and I’m still not 100%…  She can at least listen to my lungs to hear what is going on.

When we got to see the doctor Bobby went first.  He seemed perfectly fine, and in fact was very active on the examining table.  It might be “schoolitis”, but he does insist that he ached all over this morning.  I on the other hand got another round of antibiotics.  She didn’t want to prescribe another Z-Pac, so this time I got “Cefdinir”.  It’s the same one that Bobby had last week.  Let’s see if this works…

I found the GoGo Squeez Yogurts that Aldi used to sell last month on Amazon.  My wife ordered them yesterday and they arrived today (see photo to the right).  At least some things in the supply chain are working great!

This evening, after a long nap, I was still feeling down, but well enough to do a quick run to Aldi.  We are out of milk, bread, tomatoes and almost everything else, so off I went.  While I was there I picked up some Mr. Freezes and Reese’s cups, at Katie’s request, and Hershey bars at Bobby’s request.

My wife and Katie watched some of the funeral proceedings for Queen Elizabeth II this evening while Bobby played video games in Katie’s room.

Cramer is down on NVDA for the first time today.  Apparently he was so bullish on this stock in the past that he named his dog after it.  Today he said that he was shorting it…  I still got it much cheaper than most, way back in 2015, so I’m in for the long haul, whenever AI starts to really take off…
