Day #4686 (Fri., Nov. 4, 2022) – The Drone Takes Flight

Bobby was well enough to go to school this morning.  On the way to Glenwood I gave him some “Candy Corn Flavored Twizzlers” to enjoy the drive.  He told me that the two people who sat at his purple table in Miss Washington’s English class are Anum & Lucia.  Anum is Indian and very nice.  Lucia is Chinese and a chatterbox.

Katie was not feeling well this morning and went back to bed soon after getting up.  She felt better later in the day so my wife took her to school.  In the end she only missed her science class.

With the kids away I got a chance to test out the drone that they will be getting for Christmas.  It flew easy enough (see photo to the right), but I still have to figure out how to hook up the camera to the smart phone so we can see onboard videos and pictures of the flight.

This evening my wife and I went to the basement and went through the boxes of my stuff.  We figured out which stuff I could throw away, which stuff we needed to keep, and which stuff we needed to go through in greater detail.

This evening Bobby and I watched a number of YouTube Bright Side videos on the television in the living room.  Quite interesting mystery solvers like which path would you take to freedom.  Bobby was quite good at it.  On one quiz he said to take the path with the whale sharks as they are harmless to people.
