Day #4707 (Fri., Nov. 25, 2022) – Making A Telescope
When I got up this morning my wife told me that Katie had a desire for Chick-Fil-A. She’s sick, so I was more than happy to accommodate her, but if she wanted to have a cone rather than a dish of ice cream she had to come get it with me as I could not drive with an ice cream cone.Chick Fil A #2. She picked up one for Bobby as well. When we got home we finished off watching the movie “Disenchanted”.
We put up the Christmas tree up this afternoon. The kids are usually eager to help, but since they are sick, my wife did most of the work.
Bobby’s wrote his “Wish List” to Santa this afternoon. He put it with the “Elf on the Shelf”, which has taken a prominent position on the chimney mantel. His #1 desire is for a drone!
The lens from Amazon came this afternoon so Bobby and I made a couple of telescopes out of them (see photo to the left).
Katie developed a headache this evening so I watered a washcloth and showed her how to put it on her forehead and put her thumb and middle finger on the sides of her nose to cool her head down.
