Day #4801 (Mon., Feb. 27, 2023) – Laminate Floor Kit
Katie didn’t go to school today! My wife took her to the doctor and it appears that her allergies are acting up. It’s been a warm winter here, so it looks like allergy season is starting early this year. No wonder I am so tired…
I dropped Bobby off at Glenwood this morning and came back to get him again at 2:40 pm this afternoon. He told me that he had “Chicken Alfredo” for lunch today, which he hated. He said he likes “Alfredo”, but not when there is chicken in it.
Adan came to work today! Just after I came home this afternoon with Bobby my wife asked me to go to Lowe’s and pick up a “laminate flooring installation kit” (see photo to the right), so off I went… It’s too bad he shows up so sporadically, because when he does he, he gets a lot of stuff done. Looks like he’s ready to tackle the laminate flooring issue in the basement next.
I took the kids to horseback riding class this afternoon. Katie got “M&M” and Bobby got “Spring”. Both kids were posting (bouncing up and down on the saddle), trotting, and jumping (over little jumps) with their horses today, so they are definitely making progress.
I was exhausted when I got home so I went right to bed. Looks like allergies are getting to me as well!
